All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. 

3. No Guarantee of Results 

Completion of any course, program, or coaching session does not guarantee income, sales performance, business growth, career advancement, or job placement. Results vary depending on your effort, skills, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. 

4. No Refund Policy 

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our Services, all purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason once payment is made. 

5. User Responsibility 

You are responsible for applying the information provided in our Services.  You acknowledge that your outcomes depend primarily on your own effort and actions. 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content, including videos, written materials, graphics, downloads, and coaching materials, is owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without express written permission. 

All materials provided as part of this course — including videos, recordings, written lessons, slides, scripts, templates, worksheets, downloads, and other learning resources (the “Course Materials”) — are owned by the Company and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase this course, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials for your own learning and educational purposes. You are not purchasing ownership of the Course Materials. This means you may not copy, share, post, upload, sell, license, give away, or otherwise distribute any of the Course Materials, whether publicly or privately. You may also not use the Course Materials to teach others, train a team, coach clients, create content, or build or sell your own courses, programs, templates, or products based on this course. The Course Materials are intended for your personal use only. Any use beyond that, including commercial use or redistribution, requires written permission from the Company. If these terms are violated, the Company may suspend or terminate your access to the course without a refund and may take additional steps as needed to protect its rights. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. 

8. Privacy & Data Use 

Use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

We collect and use your data for Service delivery, internal record-keeping, and communications as described in the Privacy Policy. 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Toronto, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Canada to the extent legally permitted. 

10. Modifications 

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

11. Email & SMS Communications 

By purchasing our Services or submitting your information, you consent to receiving emails and SMS messages regarding:

• Course or coaching content 
• Transactional information (receipts, confirmations) 
• Promotional or marketing communications 
• You may opt-out of marketing emails or texts at any time.

Though Honest Sales will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
